Protocols

Some of our vendors grow their products without any synthetic pesticides or herbicides. Others grow using "organic" protocols, and have no synthetic fertilizers either. This is a catch-all for such similar products.

Most of our products come from our local growers, and are transported short distances to the Oxford Produce Auction, before I buy them and bring them home. In general, this protocol means the item was grown or produced within one hour's drive of Newark, Delaware.

We have a set of fine and lovely crafts, made by your neighbors right in the area. Look here for items whose maker you might meet at the neighborhood grocery store!
